All Heaven & Co orders are carefully prepared and packed from the UK.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. During busy periods or for personalised items, this may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are typically:
UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
UK Express Delivery: 1-3 Working Days
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
Heaven & Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an order has been dispatched.
International Orders & Customs:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities/carriers and are the responsibility of the customer. Heaven & Co is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.
