Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Heaven & Co piece. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, items that have been personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted if the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve this for you.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
